Walking into this project, day one, it was steel beams and a mix of dirt and cement floors. Floor plans had already been finalized so we immediately jumped into the nitty gritty of what needed to be specified for the contractors (doors, hardware, trim, finishes, etc.) and closely followed with furniture and decor.
